Judge Albert Cirone heard the following cases in Laconia District Court:
Jacob G. Pouliot, 22, of 10 Gerard St., Dracut, Mass., pleaded no contest to driving after revocation or suspension on Daniel Webster Highway, Meredith, in February 2007, found guilty, fined $350.
William M. Stringfellow, 43, of 43 Woodridge Road, Center Harbor, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated-subsequent offense at 3 Main St., Meredith, in February, found guilty, fined $900 with license suspended for three years and sentenced to seven days in the Belknap County Department of Corrections jail and three consecutive 24-hour periods in the Multiple DWI Offender Intervention Detention Center. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in the jail, suspended. He pleaded not guilty to disobeying a police officer and the judge placed the complaint on file without a finding. He pleaded not guilty to a second count of disobeying a police officer for allegedly providing a false name and date of birth to an officer and the judge placed the complaint on file without a finding. Police dropped — or nol prossed — complaints of a yellow line violation and driving after revocation or suspension pending against Stringfellow.
Troy A. Northcutt, 27, of 14 Main St., Meredith, pleaded not guilty to simple assault for allegedly pushing a woman with his hands at 351 Daniel Webster Highway, Meredith, in January. The judge placed the complaint on file without a finding.
Raymond M. Hueter, 59, of 72 Conserve St., Wakefield, Mass., pleaded guilty to reckless driving on Chemung Road, Meredith, in December, found guilty, fined $1,200 with license suspended for 60 days. Police nol prossed a DWI complaint.
Jonathan W. Boynton, 21, of 89 Colony Lane, New Hampton, pleaded no contest to driving after revocation or suspension on Daniel Webster Highway, Meredith, in January, found guilty, fined $300. He pleaded not guilty to driving an uninspected vehicle, found guilty, fined $72. He pleaded not guilty to driving on a suspended registration and the judge placed the complaint on file without a finding. He pleaded not guilty to driving license prohibitions (showing a suspended license to police) and the judge placed the complaint on file without a finding.
Joseph C. Fournier, 48, of 19 Oak Knoll Road, Meredith, pleaded not guilty to simple assault for allegedly grabbing a woman by the right wrist at his home address in November and the judge placed the complaint on file without a finding.
George J. Patz, 65, of 6 Western Lane, Meredith, pleaded guilty to moving a vehicle after an accident on Cattle Landing Road, Meredith, in December, found guilty, fined $120.
Judge Lawrence MacLeod heard the following cases:
Glenn S. Bates, 48, of 2 Fortier Road, Meredith, pleaded nolo contendere to criminal threatening, allegedly having threatened to kill a man at 554 Endicott North St., Laconia, in July, found guilty, sentenced to six months in the jail, suspended.
Stephen W. Marando, 48, of 5 Redgate Lane, #1, Meredith, pleaded guilty to simple assault for allegedly striking a security officer at Lakes Region General Hospital twice in the face in March, found guilty, sentenced to 12 months in the jail, suspended on good behavior for one year.
Jennifer L. Morrill, 28, 55 Bowman St., Laconia entered no plea to a felony count of possession of Valium on Elm St., Laconia in October. The case was bound over to Superior Court and she was indicted on February 26.
Devon M. Lewis, 20, 12 Academy St., #3, Laconia, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol (intoxication) at 168 Union Ave., Laconia, in December, found guilty, fined $360. The court did not order license revocation.
Sandra Shoop, 47, 91 High St., Laconia pleaded not guilty to violation and contempt of a protective order at 12 Charles St., Laconia, in January, and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the condition of good behavior for 12 months.
Sean E. Sainsbury, 33, formerly of 130 Endicott St. North, #308, Laconia, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident at 171 Fair St., Laconia, in March 2008, found guilty, fined $550 of which $250 was suspended. The defendant's fine is to be paid through completion of 30 hours of community service within six months with written conformation to the court and state on the condition of good behavior for 12 months.
Donald Rogers, 20, 21 Colony Drive, Barnstead, pleaded guilty to driving after suspension second offense on Suncook Valley Road, Barnstead in November, found guilty, fined $480. The defendant's fine is to be paid through time served.

Kelsey E. Graaskamp, 18, 336 Loon Pond Road, Gilmanton, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol on a boat on Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford in June, found not guilty.

Mark A. Monsante, 40, 159 Fisherville Road, Penacook, pleaded guilty to driving after suspension on Court St., Laconia in September, found guilty, fined $800 of which $500 was suspended and sentenced to 90 days in the jail, suspended on good behavior for one year.
Helmut Busack, 67, 18 Ham Ave., Belmont, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass at 30 Ham Avenue, Belmont in October, found not guilty.
Corey E. Labree, 17, 7 Sargent Place, #22, Gilford, pleaded guilty to transportation of alcohol by a minor on Lakeshore Road, Gilford in November, found guilty, fined $180 and license suspended for 60 days. Forty of those days were ordered suspended on one-year's good behavior. The fine is to be paid through 15 hours of community service with proof to the court by April 1. The license suspension is to run concurrent with the DMV license suspension. Labree pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the condition of good behavior for six months.
Shawn K. Minor, 38, 87 Pine St., #1, Laconia, pleaded guilty to an amended complaint of DWI on the Gilford Baypass in December, found guilty, fined $600 and license revoked for one year. He was also ordered to complete the Multiple Offender Intervention Detention Center and to have an alcohol interlock device installed on his vehicle before restoration of his license.

Marie Brundige, 56, 957 Union Ave., Laconia, pleaded not guilty to simple assault for pushing a man in the chest with her hands at 135 Pleasant St., #1, Laconia in July, found not guilty.
Van M. Barlow, 32, 309 Roxbury Rd., Sanbornton pleaded guilty to an amended complaint of DWI on Union Ave., Laconia in October, found guilty, fined $750 and license revoked for nine months.
Lorraine M. Tobin, 43, 26 Summer St., Laconia pleaded guilty to driving after suspension at 261 Union Ave., Laconia in October, found guilty, fined $600. She pleaded not guilty to disobeying a police officer and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the condition of good behavior for 12 months.
Steven J. Smith, 38, 145 Lafayette St., Laconia pleaded not guilty to aggravated DWI on Laconia Rd., Belmont in November and the complaint was dismissed. He pleaded not guilty to DWI and the complaint was dismissed after the defense won a motion to suppress evidence.
Jessica Elliott, 21, 738 Route 175, Holderness, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest at 1135 Union Ave., Laconia in November, found not guilty.
Steven Fereshetian, 19, 1198 Meredith Center Road, Laconia pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a traffic like at Parade and Meredith Center Road, Laconia in November, found guilty, fined $60.
Richard A. Guay, 26, 14 Gale St., #4, Belmont pleaded guilty to breech of bail, found guilty, sentenced to 23 days in the House of Corrections. He was credited with 23 days of pretrial confinement.

Ryna Vermette, 34, 1286 River Road, Plymouth pleaded not guilty to speeding 75 in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 93, New Hampton, in November, and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on six months good behavior including no moving motor vehicle violations per recommendation of the state.
Brandon Reynolds, 18, 701 Old Bristol Road, New Hampton pleaded not guilty to a yellow line violation on Rte. 104, New Hampton in October and the complaint was placed on file without a finding for 45 days by agreement. The defendant shall complete a safe driving course and present proof to the state within that time.
Daniel M. Flores, 33, 6 Preserve Drive, Londonderry, pleaded not guilty to driving an uninspected vehicle on North Main St., at Pleasant Street in Laconia in October, and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the recommendation of the state and one year's good behavior.
Linda Cochrane, 33, 236 Allen Mill Road, Gilmanton pleaded not guilty to driving an unregistered vehicle on Church St., Laconia in October, found guilty, fined $200 suspended on good behavior for one year including no moving motor vehicle violations.
Joseph A. Prescott, 26, 29½ Reservoir Road, Meredith, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card $175 at the Funky Money in November, found guilty, sentenced to 12 months six months suspended on good behavior for one year and payment of $175 in restitution. He pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the condition of good behavior for one year on the recommendation of the state.
Robin Lee Strese, 59, 112 Ridgewood Drive, Gilmanton pleaded nolo contendere to speeding (unreasonable speed for existing conditions) on Rte. 140, Gilmanton in December, found guilty, fined $120.
Gloria C. Bordenca, 79, 139 Beech St., #16, Bristol, pleaded not guilty to speeding 55 in a 50 mph zone on Meredith Center Rd., Meredith in January, and the complaint was dismissed at the request of the state.
Gordon D. Walker, 58, 130 Depot St., Belmont entered no plea to felony counts of sale of more than five pounds of marijuana at 130 Depot St., Belmont in February and possession of the controlled or narcotic drugs Klonipin, Flexeral, Fiortal and Endocet and the cases were bound over to Superior Court for possible indictment. Walker was released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail.

Chanton Khounkhamtan, 17, 358 Main St., New Hampton, pleaded not guilty to speeding 50 in a 30 mph zone on Main St., New Hampton in November and the complaint was placed on file without a finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.
Paul H. Boutote, 18, 64 Franklin Ave., Plainville, Conn., pleaded not guilty to speeding 60 in a 40 mph zone on Parade Road, Meredith in January and the complaint was dismissed at the request of the state.
