LACONIA — A Belknap County grand jury returned indictments against a number of Lakes Region area residents on drug charges when it met on Aug. 13.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt but rather an indication that an independent jury has voted after hearing from police, that sufficient evidence exists to warrant a Superior Court trial.

Jack Vincent, 51, 90 Knowles Pond Road, Northfield was indicted on a special felony charge of conspiracy to sell oxycodone in Tilton in March.

Travis Vincent, 27, 90 Knowles Pond Road, Northfield was indicted on a special felony charge of acts prohibited (sale of oxycodone) in Tilton in March.

Kirstin H. Wilk, 31, 321A Rte. 11B, Gilford, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of cocaine in Gilford in July.

Abram Tappan, 31, 1233 Meredith Center Rd., Laconia, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in Laconia in July.

Charles Severance, 21, 80 Terrace Rd., Apt. 133, Franklin, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in Tilton in May.

The grand jury also returned three special felony charges of sale of a controlled drug against Severance. The indictments allege that in March, April and May in Tilton he sold marijuana to a confidential informant working for the N.H, Drug Task Force.

Nicholas Murphy, 21, last known address of 31 Tee Dee Dr., Belmont, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of cocaine in Belmont in May.

Tyler Marcoux, 23, 38 South Windy Rd., Tilton, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of oxycodone in Tilton in May.

Sara Macomber, 31, 8 Winter St., #1, Tilton, was indicted on a special felony charge of manufacturing marijuana in Tilton in May.

Bruce Loughlin, 44, 21 College Rd., Manchester, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of oxycodone in Gilford in June.

David E. Lemay, 35, 341 Mechanic St., Laconia, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of oxycodone in Laconia in June.

Richard C. Horne, 26, 3 Windor Dr., Tilton, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute in Tilton in May.

Justine Allessandro, 35, 314 Hill Rd., Franklin, was indicted on a special felony charge of possession of diazepam in Tilton in late May. The grand jury also returned a special felony charge of possession of buprenorphine against Allessandro.

Darroll Douglas, 56, 180 Shackford Corner Rd., Center Barnstead, was indicted on a special felony charge of manufacturing a controlled drug — marijuana in Center Barnstead in July.
