Jimmy and Susan Witham have announced the birth of their daughter, Rosalie Elizabeth Witham, born Aug. 4, 2009 at 5:20 p.m. at Reston Hospital Center in Virginia. Rosalie weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches at birth.
