BELMONT — A graveside service for Rita R. Osgood, 91, formerly of 12 Heritage Terrace, will be held on Friday, May 4 at 9 a.m. at the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia.

Mrs. Osgood died at Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012.

Mrs. Osgood was born Feb. 3, 1921, in Belmont, the daughter of Edward and Rose (Gilbert) Lacasse.

Survivors include a son, Richard Gilbert, and his wife, Gayla, of Belmont; a daughter, Germaine Foster, and her husband, Bert, of Canterbury; three stepdaughters, Carol Merrill of Florida, Doris Palmer of Belmont and Beverly Gordon of Florida; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and three nieces.
