The NHIAA released its boys lacrosse tournament seedings Friday. Two Lakes Region teams made the cut and will get a chance to play for the Division III championship.

Plymouth (13-1) earned the No. 2 seed and an automatic bye into the quarterfinals. The Bobcats will play the winner of No. 7 Hopkinton and No. 10 Kingswood next Thursday.

Gilford (10-4) earned the No. 5 seed in the tournament. The Golden Eagles host No. 12 Kearsarge on Tuesday. If Gilford wins, it will travel to play No. 4 Pelham on Thursday.

The Golden Eagles were the highest seeded team to not earn an automatic berth into the quarterfinals.

Derryfield earned the top seed in the tournament with a 14-0 record.

The championship game is scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, at 7 p.m. at Stellos Stadium in Nashua.
