Five Bobcats earn girls lacrosse honors

Five members of the Plymouth girls lacrosse team earned awards from the New Hampshire Lacrosse Foundation, announced Saturday.

Junior Kenady Kelly was named a Division III first-team all-state selection, while teammates Leah McAullife and Kayla Sullivan earnd second team honors.

Sophomore Ann Furbush and senior Hannah Kuehl made the D-III honorable mention list.

The Bobcats (12-3) were scheduled to play their semifinal game against Kearsarge (13-1) this afternoon but rain has pushed the game back a day. No. 3 Plymouth and No. 2 Kearsarge will play Monday at 5 p.m. at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester.

Kearsarge is led by junior Gemma Bready, who was named the D-III Offensive Player of the Year on Saturday.

The D-III championship game is scheduled for Thursday at 7 p.m. at SNHU.
