AIKEN, S.C. — Memorial Services for Mr. Jerry A. “Jas” Sirard, 60, of Matties Country Court, Aiken, who entered into rest Sunday, July 15, 2012, will be conducted Saturday afternoon, July 21, at 2 o’clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel with Pastor Thom Harvey officiating.

Mr. Sirard was a native of Fort Bragg, a former resident of Laconia, N.H., having made the CSRA area his home for the past 32 years.

He was a member of the Sant Bani Ashram in Sanbornton, N.H.

Mr. Sirard was a devoted Harley Davidson lover, mechanic, and rider.

Survivors include a son, Joseph A. Sirard, Jackson; a daughter, Amy Morrill Gray, Warrenville; a step-daughter, Erica Lewis, Jackson; a brother, Bruce Sirard, Lawrenceville, Ga.; two sisters, Marie Danforth, Grovetown, Ga., and Sandra Wilson, Augusta, Ga.; step-mother, Kay Sirard, Grovetown, Ga.; a step-brother, Brent Rowell, Grovetown, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 20, from 7 until 9 p.m.
