GILFORD — Beatrice Mae Moore, 99, formerly of Lakeport and Gilford, died in Hazlehurst, Ga., on July 29, 2012.

Bea worked many years at Laconia Shoe (20 years) and LRGH for 25 years and Christmas Island Motel for many years.

Bea will be missed dearly by her family and many friends. She lived in the Lakes Region where she and her husband raised their family.

Survivors include two sons, George and Louise Moore, of North Brookfield, Mass., and Charles and Brenda Moore of New Hampton; daughter Carol and Robert Welch of Gilmanton Iron Works; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Frederick H. Moore Sr., son Frederick H. Moore Jr., daughter Rita A. Moore Wingate and grandson Gary L. Berwick.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Barre, Mass., at a later date.
